CHARLES S. BAER, Principal

Charles S.  Baer has over 25 years experience in the investigations and
security industry, both in the public and private sectors.  A graduate of
the Detroit Police Academy, a former district court officer and an
entrepreneur, he has managed security details with as many as 300 guards for a major strike and smaller details for leaders of business and politics, entertainment and sports figures all over the United States.

He regularly lectures on security and investigations topics and is often
quoted by Detroit media as the go-to expert on workplace violence prevention and often appears on Detroit’s ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX television and radio broadcasts.
